RecommendedI emailed Egret Pointe after hours and the manager called me the very next morning. She was very polite and helpful. She told me there was a waiting list but she still took the time to answer all my questions about how to apply. I look forward to visiting the property.🙂
Very rude unfriendly management and staff. I am willing to bet they have some very ridiculous rules. I would never spend my money there after my experience with staff and "regulations ".
It's supposed to be an income-based apartments but it's really not. Every year rent he gone up. You get charge outrageous prices for replacements and you're not given enough time to be able to cover your rent plus the replacement items. I'm single parent and I barely make it to get the bills paid and now I have to find a way to get $150 to go on top of my rent.
I have lived here for the past 5 months and have been thoroughly impressed not only with the well kept complex, but also the friendly, professional, and responsive staff. I feel very safe and well cared for as a resident. The rent is very fair and the facilities are very nice. I highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to come and check it out, talk with the manager Jennifer, and the maintenance staff Seth...they exemplify excellence!
