Located in the shipyard property. This is a timeshare property. Beautifully maintained. Lots of wildlife. Lots of birds to look for. There are alligators in the lakes. Roms are well maintained. Clean and ready for you. Lots of mosquitos around the property. We got bitten all the time. Beautiful golf courses. Great biking trails to move around. Overall beautiful area and good stay experience.
The nicest timeshare properties I've stayed at.
My family has been vacationing at this resort for over 33 years, and we love it. 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms condo is great for a family of 6 The units are very well maintained. The pool is very close to the condo as well as the beach, restaurants, and shopping. It's always a great time at Egret point. With the golf course out your door, you may enjoy your time on the greens. You can ride the bicycle to anything in the area. With great memories to be made here at egret point come and enjoy all of the amenities.
The housing condon was older than anticipated and left wonder look desired. As first floor residents and a family above us we heard every footstep, water usage, running, talking, crying etc. Needless to say on vacation left us up late and rising early. It made us very appreciative of not having such inconveniences at home.
