I moved to Egret Crossing 6 years ago after relocating from Charlotte NC. I planned to stay a year or so until I found a house, but it would be difficult to leave at this point. The apt manager, Synde is clear on the rules and expectations and she enforces them, no matter who you are. Trust me, there are no favorites. Rules are rules and apply to everyone. I feel safe and secure at Riverview Apartments. The manager has been friendly and effective in all her dealings with me. I have had only one general repair and it was addressed promptly. This properly is well kept and the grounds are always manicured.. I am pleased with living at Riverview Apartments.
Over priced and under maintained. The on-site manager was disrespectful and made it difficult to get things fixed. The police were there multiple times a month, and even with the doors locked I didn’t feel safe.

We have lived here at The Oaks since May of 2018. Since management changed in 2019. We have nothing but good things to say about the attentiveness to our requests from the Office to the Maintenance Crew. They respond within the hour or two of our requests for any kind of issues. From Refrigerator replacement to AC needs.The grounds are keep so much better since Keystone took over the Complex. My only issue is with some tenants who don't pick up there dogs deposits. Let's keep our community clean for our pets too.
