I currently live in an EGR managed building and have to say that Erin is an understanding, useful and timely landlord. Really pleased with all interactions thus far.
I have lived in an EGR-managed unit for seven years and have been so happy with them. I think their prices are fair, they are communicative, professional, and very responsive. Any time I've had an issue at all they have fixed it in a timely manner. We even had a clogged toilet this past weekend(the first in 7 years) and they had someone out to fix it in less than an hour. I have been really impressed with them and would recommend them as a management company.
