Egoscue of Reno is life changing. The team is so knowledgeable and helpful. I began my journey several years ago with the Reno team and I continue to work with my routines. If you have pain, spinal or leg issues or even want to strengthen your balance to prevent falls. The Reno Egoscue team is the best!
Egoscue has been life changing. My back and knee used to keep me from daily activities. It feels great to have a pep in my step again (and without drugs or surgery). Egoscue also helped my youngest child with his pronated ankles. Kade used to have to wear braces & was told surgery was the only way to correct his issues. Not true! Kathy is so encouraging & helpful. Kade can now stand for long periods of time without pain & even walk for miles now. I’m so grateful for Egoscue & Kathy!!

I was initially skeptical that Egoscue would help my headaches and nerve-related arm weakness, but I can't argue with the facts: my condition improved dramatically over my meetings with Kathy and doing the prescribed stretches and exercises. Kathy is such a positive, encouraging, observant person; she is a true pleasure to work with.
When I hit 69, I started noticing some knee pain whenever I stood up after sitting for just 30 minutes. I also realized that quite a few friends my age were having a tougher time moving around.
