I was referred to Egoscue (posture therapy) by 2 members at Lifetime Gym in Summerlin this past December. I had been suffering with Sciatica pain for 6 months. The pain was so intense I could not sit, sleep or get comfortable in any position, or walk more than 100 feet. I was given three options from my medical provider. Pain Mgmt, PT, or Surgery. I am thrilled with the results from Egoscue and especially Amber! I started in December 2025. I had just completed physical therapy from a total knee replacement. My chief complaint was that I still experienced difficulty in walking and general instability. I'm in my early 70's and I was doing the old folk shuffle. After suffering a shoulder injury with a personal trainer, Amber and the Egoscue Method were the only things that relieved my pain and got me back to good health again. I tried PT, massage therapy, acupuncture and more. This method was definitely life-changing.
