My gift to myself on my 75th birthday was to invest in the Egoscue method in order to age beautifully. Zac is an amazing and knowledgeable individual to assist me on this journey. He is intelligent, patient and kind. He is reserved in his guidance which I feel is imperative because being too pushy or overly aggressive with the exercises would be intimidating or overwhelming. Zac’s knowledge and gentle patience makes him an excellent resource and guide in this experience. Glenda

Life transforming! I wish I had come here sooner. For the past month I've been working with Ellie at the Boulder, CO Egoscue location. The exercises she's recommended have greatly relieved my knee pain from a deteriorated meniscus. I'd highly recommend you call for an appointment and see what she can do to help you get back to being pain free and doing the activities you love.
