I have been dealing with back and knee pain for quite a while. I also have neuropathy in my foot from chemo which causes me to have trouble with walking and alignment. I had tried many other avenues before: Chiropractors, physical therapy, and orthopedics. Nothing seemed to make a lasting effect. I am a teacher sitting 7-8 hours a day . The lower back was killing me . My cousins recommended ecosque and put me in contact with Samantha at the Atlanta office . The exercises she gave me are great and doing them daily or at least 5 days a week has made all the difference in my walking , sitting , and standing . For a side note , I actually started online with Samantha because I live in Tennessee. I am now recommending this method of physical therapy to all reading this
I have been working with Calvin at Egoscue over the last two months and really like what it’s doing for my back issues. The last two days I worked on shoveling/raking gravel and my back and arms were so tired and sore. I spent a little time doing some of the stretching Calvin taught me and it was magical….i felt much better immediately!
Went to an orthopedic regarding issues with my knee and back and Egoscue was recommended. I was skeptical about making this investment in physical therapy but when I tell you my back has never felt better!!! I’ve been working with Alice and not only is she knowledgeable but she’s extraordinarily kind. The exercises are personalized and have been very effective in solving for my pain. Very grateful to have made the commitment and enjoying the benefits of Egoscue.
Egoscue has helped my posture and all those aches and pains so much. I feel more movile and can tell I’m holding my body in better alignment. Alice is so intuitive and knows exactly what to have me work on to make a difference. I can’t recommend it enough!!
