I’ve been working with Sam Pickens at the Egoscue studio in Atlanta for the past several months. Her positive attention to my needs was extremely helpful. She was patient, nonjudgmental, and extremely knowledgeable. I learned a lot from her as well as I was able to get some relief for my back issues. The Egoscue website is also very user-friendly. Just made it easy to continue the exercises when not in the studio. I very much appreciate my time with Sam. She was excellent.
I am a pharmacist who was struggling with knee pain when working long shifts. I did not want to keep masking the pain with medications so I contacted Calvin Murray for an evaluation. He started me on an individualized summer program that has helped me greatly. After several weeks of exercises and stretches, my knee pain has almost completely resolved. Alice D'Agostine is fantastic! I was in the fitness industry for 18 years, so I was a little skeptical about Egoscue meeting my current needs of alleviating my neck pain.
