Highly recommend Sam for Posture Improvement! Egoscue exercises help release tight fascia and strengthen areas that are under-performing. The small movements really build strength and move the body into better balance and alignment - I saw more postural improvement in 8 weeks than 2 years of PT (for upper cervical instability and posture improvement) .
I'm a 74 year old runner. My primary physician told me about 12 years ago that I would need a knee replacement in 2-3 years. I didn't want that! I found Egoscue a few years after that and have been working with Alice ever since. No need to knee surgery! I ran the Peachtree this year (like every year). No pain. Egoscue works! It takes effort and consistency, but avoiding life altering surgery is well worth it. I can also move freely and gracefully. Highly recommended!!!
The Egoscue method has been by far the best for consistently getting my body to feel at its best. I couldn’t sleep more than a few hours for several nights in a row due to neck pain. After one session with Alice I slept all night, and got progressively better the next couple of days until I was back to 100%. Thank you Alice!
Alice D’Agostine is great. I had several injuries (back, knee, and shoulder) from my time in the military and the traditional physical therapy wasn’t helping. Alice is very knowledgeable and her experience really shows in her therapy. SHE CHANGED MY LIFE!!
Alice has been a distinct pleasure to work with. She has diagnosed my hip unbalance and designed programs over 9 visits which have improved my balance and stride. My goal has been to join friends on a trip to Bordeaux France in June. Thanks to Alice I am confident that I will be in shape to enjoy the trip.
