Excellent, thorough Dr. As a new patient in the area I've been extremely impressed with Dr. Potekin's quick help in ironing out my issues. Highly recommend.
I was very disappointed with this visit and so as my mother. No explanations or discussions about the problems I came with, it felt like this doctor wanted to finish the appointment quickly as possible and generally didn't care about any of the patient's complaints, a very cynical approach unfortunately.
The very good doctor. For three years other doctors could not give me a diagnosis, but when I came to Dr. Potekin, he immediately, without ultrasound, X-ray, CT (which I had done many times and did not see anything), made the correct diagnosis and prescribed treatment. I highly recommend this doctor. He also has a very qualified nurse. Both the doctor and the nurse speak Russian and Ukrainian. A translator for Slavs is not needed.
The most humiliating, unprofessional, uncaring experience I have ever had with a doctor and his staff. Would not recommend him to anyone. If I could put zero stars, he would be in the negative. I have never ever posted a bad review on anyone before, but I don't want anyone else to experience such medical arrogance and incompetence, or treated this way.
