The worst psychiatrist Yes if there was an award for the worst psychiatrist Dr Barry Rowe would take the trophy hands down! I was told that he normally requires half a dozen sessions For background for the gathering of background information!! We'll!! 10 or more sessions later he was still asking for the same information!!! Don't waste your life time energy and or money with this Guy
Terrible communication from Admin staff. Incompetent. Can't find records. Get them resent then they suddenly find records from 5 months earlier but there was a communication breakdown
Barry Rowe is a kind and very professional psychiatrist whom I've been seeing for more than 20 years, as needed. Sometimes I may not see him for a number of years but I always come out feeling happy and listened to after each visit. I can highly recommend him.
Rude and unprofessional and unwilling to help……. Multiple appointments with no real treatment or diagnosis reception even hang up on you.
A common theme with Dr Rowe, as is evident on the RateMDs website and comments, is that he is willing to see you without treating you. A psychiatrist who needs to see a patient 4 or more times, over a period of 2 months, before prescribing medication, which he has yet to do with regard to a presentation of Major Depressive Disorder and Generalised Anxiety Disorder, cannot possibly be a good psychiatrist.
