I really had a bad experience that this place, had an appointment at 10:20 and reached 10:24, and I was told I couldn’t see the doctor because I was late, and to be honest honest I understood that, but what broke my heart was that when another guy walked in exactly 4 minutes late as well, they let him see the doctor and I had to leave
I don't think there is much point given how many 1 star these guys have. Arrived before closing and got turned away. Reception called to ask to show up before closing for x ray results, but yet get turn away to come back the next day. Unhelpful and unprofessional. --- (Added 2025 June) Have to visit them on an emergency, and their front desk staff are still rude and unhelpful. "There is no doctor in today." on a Thursday. See what's on their booking site.
This is not a walk in. Front desk energy is off. No eye contact, no support. Almost like they didn’t want me as a client
