I am currently undergoing radition therapy here, you can imagine what goes through you mind when told you have cancer..... The staff here in Radiation are true caring professionals, they all realize what folks are going through. Dr Cassan Blake and her staff treat cancer patients like discarded animals. They play games, lie, and are extremely unprofessional and disorganized. They are a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME and it was a wasted effort to even consider using them. By far the worst I have ever seen in my 50 years. Not sure how they even stay in business, unless they cater only to a certain demographic.
I had an infusion, bloodwork and onco appointment scheduled 3 months ago and arrived at my appointment only to learn NOTHNG had been ordered, approved, or prepared. Family flew into town for these appointments and I was turned away due to their failure of getting orders auths etc that they had 3 months to prepare for. I was told I would see the dr only if I agreed to self pay. Otherwise everything would need to be rescheduled. This is incompetence. This is not ok for a cancer center.
General Review of Ob/Gyn Larisa Feldman, PA-C: My wife and I had one of the most upsetting medical experiences we’ve ever had at this practice, and I feel an obligation to warn other patients, especially anyone with anxiety. From the beginning, the interaction felt cold, rushed, and disrespectful.
