Absolutely disappointed with the experience. My friends and I arrived around 9:45 PM, well before closing time (which is 10:30 PM), but the staff acted like we were a burden. The waiter rudely told us, “I’ll take your order all at once because we’re closing,” which made us feel completely unwelcome. My friends and I visited this restaurant around 9:45 PM, clearly before their posted closing time of 10:30 PM. As soon as we sat down, we were met with a very unwelcoming attitude from the staff. This place has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff was rude, disorganized, and completely unprofessional. We were ignored for over 20 minutes, and when we finally got someone’s attention, they acted like we were an inconvenience. No apology, no courtesy, nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone—save your money and go somewhere that actually respects its customers.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I was treated rudely, my concerns were dismissed, and the issue was never resolved. I wasted time and money dealing with this egg mania. Avoid at all costs unless they make major improvements.really bottom of service and exactly don’t know how to talk with clients.
