Seems they are staying consistent with terrible management/ownership of property. Another property in Brown Co. Georgetown, Ohio is really bad. If it wasn't for the new Taco Bell the parking lot would have totally sunk in by now. The lot is terrible, the building leaks. My dr office had to move because of all of the leaks. Fix the problems or sell it!! No one is going to want to put in a business at a place with high rent and extremely low maintenance. Do better!!
Eggleston & Associates are terrible property owners. Tipp City Plaza is an eyesore. Clearly Eggleston & Associates do not care about the communities that their properties infect.

It's no wonder why your shopping outlet is empty. Terrible communication. No showed me on looking at the property. I spoke with him the day of the offer and after I submitted an offer I never heard back. This is 10 days and 5 phone calls after I submitted. Still nothing
