Anna has been a Goddess send! My father had lived in his house for almost 40 years. His wife was there for almost 60. Steve is a pro! We were referred to Steve from a friend who had him as her realitor. He interviewed us to determine what we were looking for, sent us some options to review, then revised that list based on our feedback. Update: The time came! We just sold our first home (that Steve and Anna helped us purchase) and bought our second house. Anna gave amazing advice and did an amazing job, helping us sell well over listing. I didn’t even recognize our own house after she staged it! We were nervous about the process of selling first and buying second, but as soon as we were in contract, Steve had us out there. It’s our second time partnering with Steve and Anna. They have made everything so easy and painless even though it was very stressful. They both are pros with full of knowledge. I love the fact that they care about us. Steve tried to find us a home rather than a house. It meant a lot. Anna helped us a lot to prepare the house to sell. We trusted her and got more than we asked for. She knows what she’s doing.
There are a lot of issues problems and planning that goes into the sale of a house and the Eggerts Reality team made it about as easy as one would expect. Their approach is excellent, communication was great and they are certainly someone we would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use them again.
