While I’m still finishing up some closing documents, Susan and her staff have been helpful throughout the entire process. I appreciate the personable experience, quick responses, and an approachable, respectful style that never felt patronizing and made everything easy to understand.
Only use this office if you like to be racially profiled and disrespected. I actually am a customer of the office next to her and was accused of being homeless when using the bathroom I was GIVEN a code to. Instead of treating people with respect she would rather make accusatory and snarky remarks. I had seen in her reviews she’s not kind which is why I didn’t use her, however I still had the displeasure of having to interact with her.
We worked with Susan and her staff for our wills and she is a joy to work with. Definitely recommend Susan!
