Worst ortho office when it comes to there billing department and the communication. They change appointments and your childs treatment without even consulting the legal parents. When you ask them something no one can tell you an answer. The Dr. and owner never seem to be around either. This is concerning that we are trusting this company with our kids and a very large treatment bill and no one can answer anything. Horrible ortho office. Go somewhere else.

Before receiving your invisible aligners, they will ask you to sign an agreement, ensuring you will not be refunded any money you’ve paid. At that point, you have no idea what to expect. They only work 3 days/week. If problems during the days they're off, it is not easy to get help. Staffs are nice but kinda hard on kids. During treatment they would ignore kid's difficulties. I get it, they want it to be done, but maybe a bit more sympathy?
