They only work 3 days/week. If problems during the days they're off, it is not easy to get help. Staffs are nice but kinda hard on kids. During treatment they would ignore kid's difficulties. I get it, they want it to be done, but maybe a bit more sympathy?
We love Egger Ortho! My 6 year old has been a patient for over a year for palate expansion. Everyone has been extremely kind and patient with my son. We trust Dr Egger and her team so much we drive over an hour to see them. We had consultations at 3 other orthodontists near our house, but felt the most comfortable with Dr. Egger and her advanced knowledge and experience.
