Extremely unprofessional communication from the office and Dr Egger. Don’t fall trap of high ratings like me, the standards have fallen greatly. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic anymore until they fix their tone and bring some professionalism to their operations
Worst ortho office when it comes to there billing department and the communication. They change appointments and your childs treatment without even consulting the legal parents. When you ask them something no one can tell you an answer. The Dr. and owner never seem to be around either. This is concerning that we are trusting this company with our kids and a very large treatment bill and no one can answer anything. Horrible ortho office. Go somewhere else.
