If I could even a higher review than 5 stars I certainly would. The owners are out of this world amazing and made a very stressful morning with three kids the best start to our day yet. They were unbelievably generous, kind and compassionate. All that aside, the food was OUTRAGEOUS. The kids DEVOURED the ham and cheese while my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the sausage egg and cheese. The organic strawberry matcha was also phenomenal. Cannot recommend this place enough!!
Vacationing from Texas and we came here on our first morning in Colorado. Our whole family loved it. The portions are surprisingly generous and the service was fast. The menu and ordering experience was really flexible for those of us with dietary concerns and the food was delicious. I really appreciated the way the food was packaged for easy and far less messy eating, especially that the sandwich bread is actually a pocket! So all the filling stays inside. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely be back.
Had a wonderful breakfast at Egg Lush (specifically after hiking the Manitou Incline!). Got the hashbrown sausage sandwich but got tater tots on the side as hashbrowns weren’t available. Very pleasant staff, clean, and all around a solid breakfast spot!
Such a cozy inviting place. Service was amazing and food was impeccable. I recommend trying the matcha it’s the best I’ve had in Colorado Springs and the bacon egg and cheese burrito.
Get the burrito!! Food was amazing with even better service!
