Great service from the team at e.g.etal. Always a friendly bunch whenever I walk in. Lots of beautiful jewellery in-store presented in a way that was very easy to browse. Thanks to Amira and Eric who helped me with my final purchase!

Great selection but poor sales tactics. Please don't disrespect customers and create sales pressure by inferring global conflict and interest rates will cause items to be repriced very soon. Where you've said that artists have not incurred that cost at production and you aquired goods some time ago at a low price, then sorry, it sounds awful close to price gouging and just plain opportunistic. Eg.etal has a beautiful selection of one of a kind pieces, carefully crafted by local Melbourne artisans. I found the staff to be friendly, resourceful and professional. You can tell they believe in the designers and their pieces. They truly relish the joy customers feel when adding something special to their collection from the shop. My size wasn’t available in the piece I wanted, and wallah! The artisan crafted one for me in my size! 5 star experience! Thanks to the team at Eg and Liv Boyle!
