Needed kerosene told Egelston we were very low we were afraid we were going to run out and the weather was in the single digits. They didn't seem to care said they couldn't deliver Monday due to incoming storm, would be there on Wednesday. In the meantime we ran out on Tuesday and called them for an emergency delivery they said they couldn't because they didn't have anyone in our area until Wednesday.
