I’m so pleased with my bathroom renovation.Simon and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. Simon was professional, approachable, and clearly takes pride in his work. A special thank you to Mandy in the office, who was always helpful and quick to respond. The whole process felt smooth and well-managed. I’m very happy with the service provided and would happily recommend them to others.
This Builder's bathroom renovation process was stressful, poorly documented, and left safety and contract issues unresolved despite QBCC acknowledging non compliant items. I had a very stressful and disappointing experience with this builder over a $30,000 bathroom renovation that has been ongoing since September 2025. I raised multiple concerns during and after the work and went through the QBCC inspection process. Simon and his team were incredibly professional, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. The bathroom they created is of such a high standard that I still can’t quite believe it’s mine.
We are extremely happy with Simon,Mandy and their crews with our bathroom renovation.Everything was well organised and on time,plus the protection of our wood floors and dust control was excellent.
