She’s been my doctor and now I want to take my baby too her and shes super nice
Her lack of friendliness to her patients under pressure is horrible. Not understanding to patients needs and lack of concern for parents/patients.
She is no longer as friendly as when I first came in the year 2014. Some of her staff can be a bit unfriendly, and won't smile. You are going to wait in the lobby about 2 hours then in the back for about another 45 minutes. An frustrating incident happened yesterday where I notified her about it, which she obviously found upsetting enough to have her staff call me today to tell me I had an appt. for my son next week and to just find another doctor. Unprofessional but thankful.
