Outstanding Improvement! The change since the new staff arrived is truly noticeable. The property looks incredibly clean and well-kept. I’ve also been very impressed with Maria, the manager. She is always in a great mood and goes out of her way to make sure residents are taken care of. Excellent service!

Howard has been an amazing help in getting us into our new place!! Very welcoming and nice and though there's been an incident through no fault of theirs, they've taken care of it promptly to ensure this is a safe place to raise our child.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Hidden Gem in the Heart of the City! I recently moved into Egate apartment, and I can honestly say it's been an amazing experience from the very start. The location is perfect—close to everything I need, but still in a quiet, peaceful area. The amenities are top-notch, from the modern fitness center to the beautifully landscaped grounds. Honestly, this place has come a long way and it’s mostly thanks to Maria. She’s been making some real changes around here, and you can actually feel the difference. Maintenance used to be hit or miss, but my experience with new management, things get fixed faster now. Maria’s super approachable too. She answers pretty quickly to my questions and concerns. I visited the office and she was super attentive and open to my suggestions. She makes an effort to make sure her tenants are happy and takes care of whatever they need.

Howard helped us throughout the entire apartment process, and we absolutely loved it. He was truly very helpful and efficient. I highly recommend him. He was a very friendly person.
