We had an absolutely amazing experience with our apartment manager, Howard! From the very beginning, his customer service was beyond incredible. He was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us every step of the way. Besides the cockroach I found behind the toilet, my shower stopper is stuck on the up position so constant shower, there is absolutely no water pressure whatsoever even after changing it out for a low water pressure shower head, there was enough bird poop on my stoop to fertilize the whole west side of the grass. Last night I was covered in mosquito bites from head to toe. Which makes perfect sense when you see and smell the swamp right across from the swimming pool. I can say Maria is an amazing person love working with her. But the system has messed up billing and payments on more than one occasion, and it takes forever to fix. the roaches have been really bad since I moved here but slowly getting better. I have had someone break into my apartment and stolen Christmas items and more from my storage area because there was no lock on my outside door then someone break in through a window stealing for and more my Ems dog scared them away at 4 am in the morning. the theft of licen... read more
When applying for an apartment the office staff and Janine helped me every step of the way. Filling out the papers, and helping me get approval. Answering questions I had. This management Has made lots of wonderful changes.
Jenine was very helpful and made the whole process easy. The apartment is nice, clean, and welcoming. Really appreciated the great customer service!
