We had an absolutely amazing experience with our apartment manager, Howard! From the very beginning, his customer service was beyond incredible. He was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us every step of the way. When applying for an apartment the office staff and Janine helped me every step of the way. Filling out the papers, and helping me get approval. Answering questions I had. This management Has made lots of wonderful changes.
I can say Maria is an amazing person love working with her. But the system has messed up billing and payments on more than one occasion, and it takes forever to fix. the roaches have been really bad since I moved here but slowly getting better. I have had someone break into my apartment and stolen Christmas items and more from my storage area because there was no lock on my outside door then someone break in through a window stealing for and more my Ems dog scared them away at 4 am in the morning. the theft of licen... read more

Outstanding Improvement! The change since the new staff arrived is truly noticeable. The property looks incredibly clean and well-kept. I’ve also been very impressed with Maria, the manager. She is always in a great mood and goes out of her way to make sure residents are taken care of. Excellent service!
