I’ve had a great experience at eGate Apartments! Maria and Howard are always so helpful and kind and so quick to help with any issues making the community feel welcoming and well taken care of. The apartments are nice , and the amenities are a huge plus!
I just want to say how amazing the leasing staff is currently. I had nightmares thinking about going into the office and having to deal with attitude simply for asking a question. Carolina specifically helped me with my account and I was finally able to get a straight forward answer. She has a brilliant attitude and you can tell she is passionate about her job. Maria helped us with everything as far as getting ready and set up for our new apartment. She answered all our questions and got back to our texts and calls as fast as she was able. The apartments are clean and quiet. No complaints.
