Honestly, this place has come a long way and it’s mostly thanks to Maria. She’s been making some real changes around here, and you can actually feel the difference. Maintenance used to be hit or miss, but my experience with new management, things get fixed faster now. Maria’s super approachable too. She answers pretty quickly to my questions and concerns. I visited the office and she was super attentive and open to my suggestions. She makes an effort to make sure her tenants are happy and takes care of whatever they need.
I’ve had a great experience at eGate Apartments! Maria and Howard are always so helpful and kind and so quick to help with any issues making the community feel welcoming and well taken care of. The apartments are nice , and the amenities are a huge plus!
Maria helped us with everything as far as getting ready and set up for our new apartment. She answered all our questions and got back to our texts and calls as fast as she was able. The apartments are clean and quiet. No complaints.
I just want to say how amazing the leasing staff is currently. I had nightmares thinking about going into the office and having to deal with attitude simply for asking a question. Carolina specifically helped me with my account and I was finally able to get a straight forward answer. She has a brilliant attitude and you can tell she is passionate about her job. Keep up the great work, the current team has changed my mind about this Property. Thumbs Up! 👍🏽
