Saw demo of this at the helpdesk I work at and see this as a very poor tool! Demo only showed stats and didn't even show the product in any way effective to serve the customer or help those who are trying to help them!. So much time appears to be taken up using the tool that it really takes away from actually helping the customer! If you already have tools in place you've already been using it just duplicates tasks that are already being done. Very wasteful!!
