I suggest educating yourself prior to inspection and following your inspector around. I’ve had 2 roofers and a contractor look at my attic and roof and all 3 asked how the house passed inspection. Paid the guy $450, he wasn’t thorough at all, seemed to pass it just to get the sale for our realtor that suggested him.
Anthony is amazing. Very, very efficient & knowledgable. This was my first experience buying a home and &he made the process a lot less daunting than it otherwise wold have been. He was open to any and all questions after the inspection and made the process fun and enjoyable. Absolutely recommend this inspection service
