Talked with Brian for a few weeks before deciding on a policy. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Reached out for a quote after being referred and did some homework to see they had pretty good reviews. Getting a quote for home insurance is not supposed to be too tricky of a thing, but getting asked a series of questions over several emails I thought was a little unorganized, but fine for a quote.
