I have been working with Michael for almost 2 years in 1:1 sessions and the results have been remarkable! I have never felt stronger or more in control of my own fitness - Michael is so knowledgeable and also flexible with scheduling. He understands that life is busy and will adjust with my needs. I have worked with trainers in the past and Michael by far is the best I have ever experienced! On top of being an excellent trainer, he is also just a great guy! Would recommend 100%!
Some of my favorite memories are at EFX. Coach Bistany is hands down the most knowledgeable and engaging trainer out there, pushing you past goals and making you a better athlete in the process. And aside from being a great coach he’s always been there for other questions I may have about the gym or fitness in general.
My son Giovanni has been working out with Mike and EFX on and off for years Mike and his crew are very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and are great accommodating each individual’s needs and goals My son has come so far since working out at EFX from fighting to make hockey teams to scoring his first Varsity hockey goal last season I can’t wait to see where the next few years take us
Our son has been training at EFX for 1.5 years now. We had our son start training with EFX to begin safely learning how to weight train. Since then, it has transformed into him loving to train, as well as elevated him to another level across all his sports. Coach Mike is great to work with and has been so awesome and teaching the right things for increasing baseball skills! Highly recommend!!
