I noticed an order on Amazon for a dresser. I didn’t order this item. I wasn’t allowed to cancel even though the item didn’t ship. I changed my Amazon password. The item arrived and needs assembly!This Company is garbage . Total JOKE!
Very rude female whom answered the phone.
UPS left someone else's package in front of my front door about a week ago. I have tried contacting UPS so many times so they could locate the real owner of that package and pick it up from where they left it and deliver it to the right receiver. After dealing with their nonsense, unhelpful, time-wasting AI tool many times, I was finally able to speak to a live UPS agent over the phone on day-5.
