UPS left someone else's package in front of my front door about a week ago. I have tried contacting UPS so many times so they could locate the real owner of that package and pick it up from where they left it and deliver it to the right receiver. After dealing with their nonsense, unhelpful, time-wasting AI tool many times, I was finally able to speak to a live UPS agent over the phone on day-5. Terrible to buy from. Would not let me cancel an accidental 2nd item. Email was no good. Horrible experience, DON'T DO IT!!!
Amazon relay o/o 3rd party site if you see loads posted anything after 5 pm Monday thru Friday don't come they are closed weekends also closed.. got to be careful with those 3p $50 load cancellation nonsense
