Beyond bad Extremely incompetent. Offers no service. Horrible to interact with. Have a "I'm entitled" attitude. Think they can take whatever they want from anybody they want anytime they want. Become very angry when clients don't go running to them offering to pay them for a job they don't perform and to be treated badly by them.
