Wonderful doctor, very knowledgeable and personable. Takes his time with his patients and is happy to involve the family. My daughter has complex medical issues and we feel very safe with him.
He's been able to diagnose several issues I've had without needing to send me out for a specialist
I am writing to express my disappointment with the appointment scheduling experience I had at Dr. Wu's office. Unfortunately, my appointments were canceled twice without any prior notice, which was quite inconvenient. As a new patient trying to establish care with Dr. Wu after my previous family doctor left Mercy, I expected a smoother process. I hope that management sees this review and addresses these issues promptly to improve the patient experience.
I was assigned Dr. Wu as a primary care physician by my insurance company as a new patient. I called to make an appointment in February of 2024 and the earliest appointment they had for me was May 2, 2024. A few days ago I received a voicemail from the office saying the Doctor had to cancel my appointment, gave no reason, and said I'd need to call and reschedule.
