Dr. Wu is a fantastic doctor. He takes time to listen, evaluate, and give the treatment possible! His bedside manner is way above any doctor I have been to in years! Definitely recommend Dr. Wu! Thank you

I am writing to express my disappointment with the appointment scheduling experience I had at Dr. Wu's office. Unfortunately, my appointments were canceled twice without any prior notice, which was quite inconvenient. As a new patient trying to establish care with Dr. Wu after my previous family doctor left Mercy, I expected a smoother process. I hope that management sees this review and addresses these issues promptly to improve the patient experience.
I was assigned Dr. Wu as a primary care physician by my insurance company as a new patient. I called to make an appointment in February of 2024 and the earliest appointment they had for me was May 2, 2024. A few days ago I received a voicemail from the office saying the Doctor had to cancel my appointment, gave no reason, and said I'd need to call and reschedule.
