I am extremely disappointed on the staff, this was my 4th & last visit. This is not the first time that I wait close to 2 hrs to be called, but this visit the staff was very unprofessional they called me & sat me in a room the MA said she would be right back to check my vitals, she never came back then waited another 20 min then a physician came in. I have only been to this Dr 1 time, however after my first visit they told me they would get back to me to see if Tri care will cover my procedure that they scheduled for me. I had to go in person to cancel my second appointment since no one there answers calls or they put you on long holds. The Dr is very nice, however the staff is just not the best when it comes to service.

Office manager Gabby, called to apologize for not fixing my issues, said she would get back to me, still waiting over a week. Looking for new doctor.

Staff is rude and incompetent especially person answering phone calls to make appointments. Any doctor not in control of his staff cannot be very competent himself.

Worse office experience ever, ridiculous phone waits, no distancing in the office over 70 patients booked for one doctor. No call back - selling selling selling - greedy doctor with obvious inept staff. Do NOT recommend at all. Calling the state for improper patient care of Medicare patients and putting them at risk. If there was a negative score that’s what he would get.
