EVERYONE, in our experience, in this office is well-trained, compassionate, efficient and exemplary. When my husband had a slightly elevated TSH level he saw Dr. Gebremedhin and was reassured, educated and received excellent treatment. What a wonderful experience!
His office is incompetent and will waste your time/money. They won’t run tests correctly and when they do they won’t pay attention to the results.
Listen to all my concerns and was very helpful. It was my first time I’ll be going back and giving more info on my next appointment.
Worst office to try and get a hold of someone. I phoned them and tried for over an hour and no one ever answers the phone. It rings and rings and then hangs up. There is no option to leave a message. There isn't even a recording saying they are busy or closed. It just rings and hangs up. I phoned several other offices with Dignity/Mercy and they were unable to transfer me to a live person or help me.
