I strongly advise everyone to avoid this repair shop. My friend brought her car here and was charged a large amount of money for repairs that were never actually done. When she later went to the dealership for a second opinion, the dealership confirmed that the supposed repairs were not performed. When she called the shop to ask for clarification, the staff were extremely rude, even resorting to personal insults instead of addressing the issue. I brought my car here for an exhaust pipe repair. They failed to fix the problem, and when I asked them to take another look, they refused and even called to yell at me. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I strongly advise others not to go to this shop!
Have been coming here for years, but I’m very disappointed with how dishonest they’ve become. Not only did they fail to fix the issue, but they also used aftermarket parts without being upfront about it. When I called to find out how to get the issue resolved they got very defensive and yawned at me. Extremely unprofessional. I will not be coming back to this store.
Please do not go to this place. Very irresponsible. And will lie in front of your face. They will not tell you they replace your auto part with aftermarket parts and blame you for not telling them “not to do so.” Be very defensive and went starts yelling at me over the phone when I told them I went to the dealership to found out what they had been doing. They screamed at me and start attacking me personally while I remained calm and try to communicate. Now I just want my money back.
Amazing service! My tire pressure was extremely low due to a nail in the tire, and they fixed it for me in less than 30 minutes. They only charged us $20, and they were so kind to us throughout. Would come here again and again!
