Drove over to Posner Park to look at vehicles in stock as wife wanted a minivan. We met our salesman Joe as soon as we entered vehicle display floor and explained to Joe we wanted to look at minivans. Joe got a Chrysler Pacifica for wife to test drive. well shame on me for giving them a second chance! I bought from them before they and had a very bad experience with them. this time around it was a different team and gave them another opportunity. Horrific Experiance , !! I had a RAM 1500 truck worked on here , Had a simple Battery Draw and drained the Battery over night. Had another shop suggest it goes to Abernathy CJDR and spent over a month here , Picked up , and returned the next day Same Issue , Suddenly the entire head unit / Display is not working they claim it was the Wrong Unit anyways ( Wrong ) repalce head unit and Still not fixed , I picked up the Truck NOT FIXED and $1800.00 Later , I still have Not accomplished anything ... SERVICE DEPARTMENT GETS AN A+ from me!  While in town for the NASCAR race I had an issue with my RAM pickup and visited the service department early Saturday morning.  I was treated very professionally and they answered all my questions and diagnosed my problem which was minor and brought a few other things to my attention which were very much appreciated!  I now feel that I will be able to make it home safely and without incident thanks to their expertise.

DON'T DO IT, DRIVE RIGHT ON BY!!! This place is a mess service depart is so bad they make an appointment with you then don't even look at it for days later. THEN they want to charge you a "diagnostic fee" of $350.00 just to look at it. Chuck in service told me pay it or come and get your truck. I have Endurance repair insurance and still they want you to pay!! What a bunch of crooks!! One of the service guys actually left his cell phone UNDER MY HOOD!! Never again will I buy ANYTHING from these crooks!

DON'T DO IT!! Drive right on by!!!! The service department is terrible!! They make an appointment with you but don't get your truck in for days later. THEN they want you to sign off on their "diagnostic fee" for $350.00 before they will even start. I have Endurance top coverage but still nothing, pay or come and get your truck Chuck told me! WHAT A SCAM NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!
