Very positive experience. Everyone I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but Sonny takes the prize for the most entertaining! Came in looking for two specific items and found them both! I left very happy.

I would not recommend buying from this store or from Effy. Their customer service is very slow to respond and when I called the sales person for help he tells me that I need to be patient because they're a big company and it takes a while for them to get back to me. I've been trying to reach them for two weeks about a diamond band that I purchased and the diamonds started falling out after two weeks. I called their customer service number and left voicemails and sent them emails.
