We had a terrible experience with Effortless Rentals. There was no hot water at our chosen rental propertry for our entire stay, which meant no one in our group could shower. We reported the issue immediately and were told someone would follow up — but no one ever did. The lack of urgency was impressive. No one called us back, no one came to check on it during our stay. We needed a space in the City Park area that could accommodate both breakout sessions and a formal catered dinner, and Tyler delivered exactly what we were looking for. The communication was seamless, and the property itself was stunning—perfectly suited for a group that appreciates great design and high-end amenities. We’ll definitely be booking our future off-sites through this team!
We had a great experience with Effortless. Rented for a work event so we could hire a private chef for a more intimate experience. The property was incredibly kept and, importantly for our purposes, the kitchen was amazing! Plenty of space for everyone to gather on the main level with extra space to spread out if people wanted smaller group privacy. Communication was excellent and the team made us feel perfectly at home!
We rented through Effortless for a work event that included hosting a private chef event dinner in the City Park neighborhood. My team enjoyed an incredible experience throughout our entire stay and look forward to renting through Tyler and the team again soon! They listened to our event and stay needs, tailored a perfect house for us, and stayed in close touch throughout. This house is a music lover's paradise for hosting!
