I take back everything good I said about this place... now left with closed doors until they can find a doctor...no heads up of closure and left with no choices...
I think i got robbed 500 bucks !
I strongly encourage couples to look elsewhere. Our experience was nothing but failure and frustration. The lack of response, organization and professionalism is horrid. There are far better clinics and prices out there that will take the time to take care of you, not just take your money.
From about 3 years ago starting from CBC radio news, I found out IVF. Until today there is no permanent doctor. New doctor left, could not find replacement doctor. DR mok fly in and out from Montreal with very limited time to see patients. Recently they recruiting new doctor from overseas without experience, not here yet just waiting for visa and immigration paper. Dr Mok probably will provide a bit of training and call it done.
