Amber is awesome, I found her on class pass and have been coming for the last 6 months. She’s the best lash tech in Toronto and so sweet, coming here is like coming to visit my friend and I also have perfect lashes after! Couldn’t recommend enough!!!

They did not cancel or contact me earlier in the day, they just cancelled half an hour before my appointment and I did not book the same day as the appointment I booked a day prior. I've been to this facial spa three times now, and each visit surpasses the last! The results speak for themselves—my skin feels radiant and refreshed every time. The staff is attentive, the ambiance is calming, and the treatments are simply divine. Five stars without a doubt!
UPDATE: I reached out to Amber directly after my review was published, encouraged by her request to seek a resolution. In my email response, I expressed my willingness to resolve the situation and suggested that an appropriate resolution would be a full refund. Your response was one of denial and dismissal.
