I spoke with Jason the manager of the Toronto effort trust location. I simply asked him for a three week extension for my mortgage payment because I am currently the owner of two properties and paying two mortgages and I am currently trying to sell this property. He was rude disrespectful and sarcastic and I have no idea why this man has such hate in him. he asked me what my birthdate was and when I told him he said wow you were quick with that. Would not recommend dealing with this company at all.
