Supers do not consult the waitlist, but rent to whomever they want or who happens to walk in/call at the right time. Extremely hard to get an apt. Don't waste your time with the waitlists
I have lived here 6 years. Great quiet building with great supers. Very clean. Any problems no matter how small are fixed quickly.
Unprofessional people here, glad i don't have to deal with them regularly.
This company is horrible they have no compassion during hard times in Covid when I lost my job they wanted to evict me twice. Even though i set up a payment plan. Jeff Owens has 0 compassion it's like you're talking to a robot!!. Rent somewhere else.
Horrible experience here when my lease was up I was on the first ticket out of there. Constantly had bugs and took forever to be treated. Management is very rude and talks down to you including Jeff Owens he has no leadership or compassion.
