Dr. Jessie and Joy are so kind. Always super caring and have the right words. Another one of our family members went to the rainbow bridge and Jessie's words made it much easier. Both she and Joy worked side by side to make this super hard transition for my son easier. Our furry family members will always be patients of Dr Jessie and staff! Thanks to Effingham Vet Clinic and all their staff! All the techs and front desk ladies are great!
Well I have been going there for years They are Kind considerate They listen to your concerns they don't rush you out they understand how you feel when a pet is sick or has crossed the Rainbow Bridge A very good place to take your pets for care.
Thank you to Dr Ely and staff for taking care of our dogs and guinea pigs all this time. Saying goodbye to our sweet Ginger yesterday was really hard but they helped make it so sweet. Customer service and kindness go a long way in today's world. I highly recommend them.
