I love Dr. Prather and his staff! All the years that I've been seeing them I've never had a bad experience. He listens to me and respects my wishes. Would definitely recommend him 100×
The Dr.'s are great but the office communication is a joke. No one EVER answers the phone and you end up playing phone tag for three days. If they need to reschedule an appointment because they can't keep it a recording calls you telling you to call them to reschedule. If you can put up with totally inept office support, the Dr.s are great.
When I got there she was sitting at a bed working on a computer with a stack of files. I said good morning she said the same. She asked me what my pain level was, and I told her about 6. I proceed to get on the bike, she returns to her computer. I told her I needed heat for both my knees, and she said oh you need heat to warm up and I said yes mam. She brings the 2 towels and heating pads and handed them to me. She returns to computer. I did my eight minutes and took the heating pads off and she told me to set them on a bed.... read more
