They don't care about their patients at all!! If it were up to them my baby would've died. They are not capable of taking care of high risk pregnancies. They said I was just having heart burn and sent me home. Turns out I had pre-eclampsia. If they would have evaluated me they would have realized it. Instead the doctor took the nurses word for it without ever seeing me. I've had multiple problems with this office and how rude & unprofessional they are. RecommendedI would definitely recommend this place, I have been going here for around 20 years now, yes it may be hard getting in or you may have some wait time but they are all very good at what they do. Dr. Whightsel is so nice and has a wonderful bedside manner and so do his nurses, they care and they show that they care. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong with this office but I can NEVER get a call back. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Dr. Dust herself is amazing but her staff was absolutely the worst i have ever had to deal with. I could never get call backs when my husband and I have been trying for a while and they won’t even give a call back, all we wanted was to get our appointments rolling. One of the doctors here was the only one who listened and helped me. She’s actually the only one who even found what was wrong and fixed it. Definitely recommend coming here.
