I just had the worst experience with Dr. Patel's Office. I was accused of insurance fraud when I scheduled an appointment to discuss home health care decisions for my mother with dementia. Dr Patel sent his nurse in who I had never met before. Not knowing that my family had been his clients for well over 20 years, she said we had committed insurance fraud. I am flabbergasted.
