My step mother had to come in for a CT scan and our experience was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was friendly, and everything was clean and organized. A special thank you to Kriston, who made the entire process so easy. She was kind, patient, and professional, and she made me feel comfortable every step of the way. It’s clear she truly cares about her patients. Thank you for providing such excellent care—we really appreciate it!

I truly appreciate the care I received at the Effingham emergency room for an eye issue. Every person I encountered—from check-in and registration to the nurses and doctors—was prompt, friendly, and professional. They really put me at ease during a stressful time, and I am so grateful for the wonderful team there.
