I came in to the emergency room and was immediately brought to the back. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Keep up the good work!
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was taken care of quickly, and I truly appreciate everyone at the Effingham ER.
I came in with chest pains and I was taken to a room immediately. Within 15 minutes they had checked my vitals, given me medicine, hooked me up to an EKG, ran an IV and taken blood, took X-rays of my chest, and asked me a ton of questions. The nurses and doctor were very helpful, friendly, and fast. They held me for a few hours for additional blood testing just to be safe and I was able to be discharged with the pain gone and a follow-up with a cardiologist. This hospital was fantastic and I had a very positive experience.
