Sara is amazing!! She helped me pick a beautiful dress! She was wonderful helping with bridesmaids dresses and flower girl dress. She was super helpful and guided me through the stress of wedding dress shopping in such a wonderful way!! I can't say enough good things about the personal service I received at Effies!!!!!!

Our experience at this shop was extremely disappointing. The service was very poor and the help was almost non existent. The attitude toward the bride was an absolute disgrace. I will not be recommending to friends.
This store is a must see for every bride to be! I booked a private appointment in the pink parlor room as it was my first dress shopping experience and I had friends and family in attendance. It was above and beyond what I could've ever imagined. Sara, the manager, as well as Gayo and Maria (they helped me that night) were amazing.
