Me and my boyfriend were staying here for a few nights and already it was off to a bad start. The website we booked on said check in was at one. We got there at one and the two women in the office said come back at three. We came back and they had locked the doors. Luckily, we caught the manager, who is incredibly nice btw, and this other girl on her way out, and she got us put in a room. We didn't even get out to go check. We pulled up a woman was standing at the entrance just looking around. Road around the property to see what it looks like and 3 police and the Coroner was at a room that was taped off with yellow tape. As we were leaving we noticed 2 car on the front side of the building with flat tires and bullet holes.

I booked this room through booking.com. When booking it said check in time is between 1:00 and 4:00 pm I arrived at 2:30 and they refused to let me check in she said check in time is at 3:00 o'clock she didn't care what booking.com said I didn't get her name but she was middle aged Caucasian woman she yelled at me she was very rude disrespectful and very unprofessional. I left and refused to stay there and will never go back again due to the front counter rudeness. The efficiency lounge gets a one star rating for that.
The front desk customer service is impeccable and always extremely helpful. The rooms have been updated and are much nicer than they used to be. 20 years ago you couldn't roll up in here and not be approached by a prostitute or a drug dealer. But management has really cleaned up this place. It has become a safe place for families and singles alike. Oh yeah, and the price is really unbeatable if you're paying by the week. I highly recommend if you are looking for a safe and affordable place to stay. You can't beat it!!
