They close at 7pm and there’s no way to check in after that. I got here at 7:20 pm thinking it was a regular hotel. You only have a 4 hour window to check in but they still take your money when you reserve online,even after 7pm

Girlfriend stayed here a couple weeks and let's just say it was an experience. The lady at the front shay is very rude when she get's frustrated and was cussing out guests she was having a disagreement with and trying to fight outside the office very unprofessional and the property manger sherly is no better very rude and unpleasant attitude. You work in the hospitality industry if you dont like or want to do your job then quit. And dont get locked out your room because the after hours number is a joke and the property manag... read more

Currently staying here n when I say this place has done a complete 180..... Great atmosphere.....the rooms are very clean they have been remodeled the staff is very nice they're very welcoming it's very quiet up here the prices are AWESOME!!!!! I would recommend coming here ANYDAY! The staff are very nice people. I definitely would come back here again..... if I could give this place 10 stars out of five I would. No es un hotel, es un edificio residencial. El cuarto estaba limpio, solo dan una toalla sin importar cuantas personas, el olor a marihuanas era impresionante. La puerta estaba forzada con mínimo esfuerzo se podía abrir, se siente super inseguro.
