Just fantastic overall! My water heater was old and leaking. Late Sunday night I sent a Yelp message and Joseph at Efficient Water Heaters got back to me immediately! Next morning, he stopped by to check things out, then shortly after Omar showed up and did a fantasic installation! Super quick too! I've never had a project go this smooth. Response was quick. Very professional. They recommended I hire some to check for water damage.
I was concerned about replacing the water heater as it is in a closet and a tight fit. Joseph was very professional. He took care with.my property, protecting floors etc He arrived exactly when he said he would and even called to let know when he leaving his previous job and heading to my location. Much appreciated customer service. Just like the company name he was very efficient. .

Joseph was very polite and knew what was wrong when explained to him over the phone. He arrived with the Heater and installed a tankless heater for our home. He used top of line products so the water heater gets a long life. We're happy we chose Efficient Water Heaters Inc for our hot water needs. They are a small business and have great prices.
