Juan and his team lived up to their name; they were very efficient! Juan's customer service was exceptional. Unlike many in the construction business, he always returned calls and got back to me very quickly with answers to questions. He was on site with his hard working crew every day making sure everything was going well. He knows what he is doing and I found him to be very trustworthy.
This company did the roof in 2 days! Clean, and spot on with the roofing specs. I paid more than some of my neighbors who used other people, and they have bent gutters, felt under asphalt. I got the 50 year roof, and in a beautiful sunny golden color. No drab black for me!! No surprises in the agreed price either. Remember, you get what you pay for!
We had a great experience with Efficient Roofing. We had a leak after a rainstorm and called numerous roofing companies. It was difficult to even just get someone on the phone, let alone get someone to come by the house. Juan at Efficient Roofing was extremely responsive and gave us a quote within days.
