Rafael is very personable and professional. The crew works with expertise and accuracy. They put a new roof and replaced the skylights when we bought our house 3 years ago and recently roofed a new patio cover. I will have a couple more projects on the property and would not call anyone else.
Efficient Roofing did an outstanding job on our recent roof replacement in Goleta. We had a fairly involved project, but the team was fast, professional, and extremely easy to work with throughout the whole process. One of the best parts was how respectful they were of our property—they did a great job cleaning up all the debris and nails at the end of every single day. If you need a reliable roofer, look no further.
I contacted Efficient Roofing to provide an estimate for repairing a water leak. Juan climbed on top of the roof to assess the damage. He discovered that the original roofer had cover the drain with a roof tile not allowing the water to drain properly and it turn degraded the roof material. Rather than charging me thousands of dollars to repair the damaged roof, he suggested I address the issue with the original roof installer.
