I contacted Efficient Roofing to provide an estimate for repairing a water leak. Juan climbed on top of the roof to assess the damage. He discovered that the original roofer had cover the drain with a roof tile not allowing the water to drain properly and it turn degraded the roof material. Rather than charging me thousands of dollars to repair the damaged roof, he suggested I address the issue with the original roof installer. I had a small leak spring up in my garage over the last week of rainstorms and I struggled to find where the source of the leak was on the roof. After hours of looking, I decided to give Juan a call to schedule an appointment. After describing my issue, Juan was able to tell me exactly the steps I should go about looking for the issue.
