You have a great team — very professional. I noticed today that they took the time to clean up my pool cleaner and left it neatly by the side of the pool. Such a small detail, but it really stood out. I work in professional services myself, with field teams out in front of our clients every day. This is exactly the kind of attention to detail and pride in work that we strive for with our own teams. The little extra effort makes a huge difference. A raving fan over here, and I’ll be sure to share my experience with friends.
Had an issue with my pool and a tight deadline as I had event just 72 hours away. Contacted Brent Fraser from Efficient Pools and he was amazing. Gave me what his thoughts were and came by in less than 24 hours. Pool went from picture A to Picture B in 24 hours after he was able to get Algae reason sorted.

I replaced the metal shed housing my pool motor, filter and gas heater with a custom-built wood structure complete with asphalt shingles covering the roof. Unfortunately, the supplier of the new pump house would not deal with the gas line, heater chimney or waste water pipe protruding through the roof and sides, so I was faced with the problem of getting a third party to remove these before the new wooden structure was installed and then returning afterwards to reconnect.
