Worst experience I have ever had for blood work. I went today for regular check up and take out blood for blood work and the guy that was working there, didn’t even know how to take out blood from my hand. He literally put the needles in my arm 6 times and was a pain everytime since he was poking things he wasn’t supposed to be poking.. This is by far the worst clinic experience I have ever had.
I had a horrible experience with this business and feel compelled to report them. Billing Issues: After being seen just once by the provider, they charged my insurance multiple times for services I never received. They kept calling me, insisting I return for a follow-up, which now seems tied to their false billing practices. Lack of Professionalism: The doctor who was supposed to see me never showed up. All my interactions were with the receptionist, who also took my lab samples and promised to contact me with the results. I... read more
would not recommend whatsoever. extremely unclean and unprofessional. i walked out of my appointment after 2 hours of nothing and after seeing how dirty the teeth-cleaning area and utensils were. it actually seems dangerous here. also, your information is not kept confidential, as the screens were showing me other patient's information during my entire visit. absolutely avoid.
I just moved to the area and was looking for a new dentist. I called and made an appointment at this dentist as a new patient. Then when I arrived they had no record, told me I was not on the schedule. Then another woman came from the back and asked if I talked to a boy then confirmed yes I had made an appointment. They took X-rays poorly and had to retake them 2x. The dental cleaning was the shortest and least effective I’ve ever experienced.
